Our client is an integrated commercial and industrial property group that owns, develops and manages real estate including warehouses, large scale logistics facilities business parks and offices globally. They are searching for a temp position of Marketing Assistant.
Prepare presentations, proposal and contract.
Attend department conference and edit meeting record.
Help to record and follow the schedule of market manager.
Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.
Coordinate, support the market manager and director in all systems and related tasks.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong team player and goal oriented person.
Computer skills required.
Related work experience for 1-3 years.
Education in marketing related field is an advantage.
